This exercise can help reduce anxiety, increase relaxation, and help people get to sleep. Even doing it once can be a form of self-care that doesn’t take long to complete. However, when you can, take some more time to practice self-care. It is always a good idea to set some time away for yourself. <\/b><\/p>\n

A simple way to take a moment for you is by taking a walk. Even taking a stroll around our beautiful Watertown Mews property can be enough. Soaking up some vitamin D in any way you choose can be a great way to practice self-care. <\/b><\/p>\n

Changing your routine, even in small and simple ways, can be a unique way to incorporate self-care into your life. For example, drive a different route to work, try new recipes, listen to new music, go to a different grocery store, or all of the above! <\/b><\/p>\n

Self-care can be taking care of your body as well as your mind. You can take a nice bath with lovely-smelling soap and candles. You can treat yourself to a new outfit. You could even give yourself an entire day and go to a local spa. <\/b><\/p>\n
